Shipping & Returns

Shipping

HUXO offers free delivery on all orders across India with no minimum order value required. We believe premium should not come with hidden costs — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Standard delivery timelines are 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery location. Remote areas may require additional transit time.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email or SMS. HUXO is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Important — Please Read Before Returning

A clear, unboxing video of the sealed package being opened is mandatory for all return and damage claims. Without this video, we are unable to process any return, refund, or replacement request. This policy exists to protect both our customers and our brand from fraudulent claims and transit mishandling. Please ensure you record this video at the time of receiving your order — it cannot be submitted retroactively.

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contacthuxoclothing@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and the mandatory unboxing video as attachment or shared link. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer — please provide your bank account details when submitting your return request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contacthuxoclothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

A full unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the opening process, and the condition of the item upon delivery. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Upon verification of a valid claim, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. We take product quality seriously and will investigate all verified damage claims with our fulfilment and logistics partners.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing original tags are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. HUXO reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated in this policy.
